The client’s wish:

The requests involve developing a new layout for the entire house, reusing as much furniture as possible, and selecting a suitable energy system to optimize gas savings.

The entire ground floor, the roof and north side wall have been isolated, floor heating is installed, as well as the preparation for PV panels on the roof. The attic is prepared for a boiler and heat pump by installing all the necessary electrical wiring. For a 200-liter boiler, support beams were added in the wooden attic floor. The customer can phase the overall costs in this way. The entire house of 85 m² was redone and decorated. A new kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, hallway, and garden were also renovated.
