Do you have plenty of ideas and just need a coach from A to Z? I'm here to help. After finalizing your floor plan with integrated energy systems, Small Footprint Design provides consultancy on costs and planning, material choices, and an action plan for renovating or building interiors in small living spaces. With one point of contact, you’ll have access to an interior designer, construction supervisor, projectleader and energy consultant.
Pricing
Your investment to ensure you make the best choices and leave nothing out: €650,- + 21% VAT for 5 hours consultancy together, plus the hours of my preparation time. Before starting, I receive all the documents and ideas so we can get started right away.
Travel costs are project-specific and will be quoted separately.
If you would like to hire me as your construction supervisor, we can discuss pricing once the entire project scope is clear.
Custom-made interior design
step 1
Floorplan + energy saving solutions
Small housing poses many challenges in fitting all required functions into a limited space. According to your needs, I create two custom-made floor plans in 2D and 3D, ensuring that every square meter is optimized for maximum functionality. Storage solutions, innovative living options, and energy-saving features are all included.
For businesses, I design functional floor plans that attract buyers, leading to a quick sale.
Pricing
The investment for the 2D and 3D floorplan including energy-saving solutions is between €1100,- and €1400,- + 21% VAT.
Travel costs and any necessary construction work are project-specific and will be quoted separately.
Construction work
To achieve an optimal layout, walls, ceilings, and staircases can be removed to enhance visual lines, lighting, and storage. I offer assistance with our construction engineers. This ensures that your home is structurally sound and future-proof. Pricing is project specific.
step 2
Materials, lighting, colours
With your ideal floor plan in place, it’s time to select materials, furniture, and lighting to create the desired atmosphere and influence costs and planning. I help you out with the different possibilities. Emphasizing reuse, as well as incorporating art, greenery, and personal items, will enhance the space.
Pricing
The investment for this step is project-specific and will be quoted after step 1 starting from €695,- + 21% VAT.
step 3
Action plan
With the overall design, we can now create the complete action plan for your new build or renovation. This plan will include a comprehensive overview with pricing, a timeline, and the necessary disciplines. This makes it easy for construction companies to provide exact quotes.
Time and costs overview
Since time and costs are important from the start, this step involves confirming actions, procurement items, and builders' work. We will also assess what tasks you can handle yourself and which ones you prefer to outsource.
We focus on realistic time schedules, your budget and the added value to the home.
All drawings for electrical and plumbing installations will be completed.

The investment for this step 3 is project-specific and will be quoted after steps 1 and 2 starting from €645,- + 21% VAT.
step 4
Execution till the end
With the team at Small Footprint Design, we will work out your complete interior. If you have your own team, I can oversee the entire project as a construction supervisor.
